<Pick up information>
・Make sure you leave the specified information that is available on the check out page so the driver can locate you. The driver will wait at the pick up location holding a sign with the lead traveler's name. The booking will not be refunded if they cannot locate passengers because of an unspecified pick up location
・Please arrive at the pick up location on time. Additional waiting fee will be collected for over 1 hour of waiting. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals and no shows

<Service Area>
・This transport service is only available within the 23 wards of Tokyo
・Tokyo 23 wards include: Adachi, Arakawa, Bunkyo, Chiyoda, Chuo, Edogawa, Itabashi, Katsushika, Kita, Koto, Meguro, Minato, Nakano, Nerima, Ota, Setagaya, Shibuya, Shinagawa, Shinjuku, Suginami, Sumida, Taito, and Toshima
・Reservations will not be accepted by operator if you are traveling to Kanagawa ken, Saitama ken, or other locations outside Tokyo's 23 wards

<Departure>
・Please state your flight number with the departure date and time, and please specify your preferred pick up time and location when booking. The driver will check your flight schedule and make the arrangement accordingly
・For hotel pick ups, please leave your correct hotel name and address when booking. The driver will be waiting at the hotel lobby holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name
・For other pick up locations within the 23 wards of Tokyo, please make sure that you leave detailed and correct address information that is available for the driver to locate you. The driver will be waiting at the specified pick up location holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name
・If you're staying at a holiday rental home or other private residences, there is a possibility that you will be asked to meet at a meet up location that’s different from your specified pick up location

<Arrival>
・Please state your flight number with the arrival date and time when booking
・The driver will be waiting after the arrival exit of each airport (NRT only has one arrival exit), holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name
・Please specify your drop off location and provide a detailed address when booking
・For flight delays and cancelations, drivers will check your flight number and make the arrangement accordingly. Please make sure you leave the correct flight number when booking

<Surcharge>
・JPY4,400 per 30 minutes will be collected after 2 hour of waiting.
